1. Download the Ran Online EP3 Client at http://down2.ranonline.com.cn/RanOnline_1.0.3.5_Full(060621).exe

2. Just change the ip in param then u can play, to change the param go to your ran folder, and search the param, open with NotePad or WordPad. Then search the line below.
